Greetings!
On this coming Saturday, the 4th, Holy Spring Fellowship will be holding its Easter rite. Easter is our traditional time for opening up to having guests and friends. Easter will involve egg hunts, egg tosses, story time (usually involving some myth or fairy tale/folkloric story) and other silliness for the kids (and kids at heart) with a rite in honor of the goddess Easter (aka Ostara to others).
If you are interested, please write me (at rbculver@sbcglobal.net) for information and to RSVP, which is encouraged as you will need our address.
When: 4th of April Where: RSVP to find out but it is in The Colony What time: We will begin gathering for the festivities around 1:30- 2ish PM so we have enough daylight for everything, including the rite.
Holy Spring is a Fellowship of Teutonic Belief, following Germanic myth and lore as well as folklore and practices which have be perpetuated or evolved over time in the various cultures of Northern Europe. We are very family friendly and tailor our schedules and practices accordingly. We welcome all who seek to honor their ancestors and the Northern Gods.
Though many of us consider ourselves heathen in that sense, we welcome others who may not claim that mantel, such as Seax and Norse Wiccans. We do however reserve the right to not allow people for whatever reason or to rescind permission if something should come to fruition after that fact.
